This project, offering roughly 212 privately financed condominium units, is divided into three buildings with eight respectively ten stories, creating attractive corner situations with good sun exposure and ventilation. Primarily small and mid-sized units are planned, in which quality floor plans and considered organization of functions ensure that the apartments are highly efficient. All apartments include exterior areas in the form of a loggia. At the same time, attractive communal areas take on significance because of the compact unit layouts. The ground floor levels include commercial spaces (Buildings 1 and 2) and a kindergarten (Building 3), as well as the entrance areas with storage rooms for baby carriages and bicycles. The courtyard offers a semi-public area for relaxation.
